To become a ROSL member means that you will always have a ‘home away from home’. As well as providing a safe haven from the busy streets of London’s West End and Edinburgh city centre

New MembershipIn addition to the benefits listed above, ROSL membership for the past 60 years has contributed toward supporting thousand of outstanding young musicians, artists and writers from the UK and the Commonwealth through sponsorship, travel and exposure opportunities.

Furthermore, in 1995 ROSL established a long-term education welfare project in Namibia to provide school bursaries for young people from very poor communities in remote areas.
These projects continue from strength to strength because of the generous donations, legacies and support given by ROSL members.

The founder of Sir Evelyu Wrench foresaw when he created the ‘Over-Seas Club’ in 1910, to be part of a ‘ far-flung brotherhood of individual men and women of diverse creeds and races living widely apart under differing conditions in different latitudes ’.
