Rated by Tourism Victoria as one of the state’s top 5 regional restaurant’s to visit and a 5-Star winery by James Halliday, Terindah Estate is the Bellarine’s most beautiful boutique food and wine venue. Owners Peter and Cate Slattery purchased the Terindah property in 2000 with a dream to create a food and wine destination to be experienced by all visitors to the Bellarine.

The Shed @ Terindah, with its floor to ceiling glass walls, ensures guests are inundated with panoramic views of the vineyard with spectacular vistas across Port Phillip Bay, from the You Yangs to Melbourne’s city skyline. The menu utilises the abundance of local, seasonal produce including produce from the Terindah property and herb garden, as well as a range of award-winning wines.

Terindah Estate, meaning ‘most beautiful’ in Indonesian, is a private country estate ideal for those seeking a sophisticated and memorable event venue.

Established in 1982, Scotchmans Hill is located in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula. A producer of premium cool maritime climate wines, Scotchmans Hill has been a leading local winery for over thirty years and is rated among James Halliday’s Top 100 Australian Wineries.

Our story begins in 1946 with a family’s love of the Bellarine Peninsula and the purchase of the Scotchmans Hill property in the late 70’s, to our first vintage in 1982

As pioneers of the Bellarine Peninsula Wine Region, Scotchmans Hill, has always invested in pushing the boundaries. A passion for bold and exciting winemaking ensures the wines are made first and foremost for people to savour.
